Here are your weekly updates for the week of November 2, 2020:
(1) ESL (English as a Second Language) virtual family night is this Wednesday, November 4th, at 6:30pm. Meet our Teachers! Ask Questions and get tips to help your child with school. There will be an opportunity to Win Prizes!!! Zoom ID: 956 5461 6010
(2) Juniors and Seniors: on Thursday, November 5th at 2:15 PM, we will have a virtual admissions visit with Fred Staton, a representative from Virginia University of Lynchburg and former coach here at TMSA at 2:15! Mr. Staton knows our campus well and many of you may remember him. Mr. Staton is a great guest speaker and really likes to motivate and help our TMSA community. Please mark your calendar and show up ready to ask great questions!
(3) Many of you have inquired about Drivers Ed at our school this year. At this time, we are not offering Drivers Ed, however, registration for Drivers Ed at many Guilford County schools is now open. As a student at TMSA, you can register at any Guilford County school for Drivers Ed. Many schools are currently scheduling Drivers Ed classes that will be open for registration in the coming days and several classes will begin as early as November 2nd. All Drivers Ed classes will be conducted virtually using Zoom and All-In Learning. Students must be 15 years of age or older to participate.
